Sales Operations Manager

Natasha supports Promontory’s global head of sales in shaping and executing the firm’s sales and client-engagement strategy.


Natasha is helping lead Promontory’s integration with parent company IBM, by strategizing joint value propositions, supporting global sales activities, and advancing Promontory’s go-to-market approach. Previously, Natasha was a member of Promontory’s practice groups focused on compliance, information security, and cybersecurity risk management. She advised clients on regulatory, compliance, governance, and cybersecurity matters. Prior to joining Promontory, Natasha was a controller for Marriott International, managing finances and accounting for a number of distressed properties.

  • Supported the design and development of an internal control structure for a credit-rating agency, with a focus on risk appetite, organizational design, and senior management’s roles and responsibilities.
  • Assessed the governance structure and policies and procedures of a Fortune 500 retailer in the aftermath of a nationwide cyberattack and data breach and helped establish an enhanced framework for enterprise risk management and cybersecurity.
  • Managed the process for a newly acquired global bank to generate cost and operational efficiencies, developing financial models to supplement the bank’s profitability strategy.
  • Established a global cybersecurity regulatory standard for a worldwide financial services holding company, leading a team to harmonize regulatory requirements from several international jurisdictions.
