Representative Engagements

  • Performed a comprehensive review and assisted in the validation of the effectiveness, efficiency, and relevancy of the transaction-monitoring rules in place at the U.S. branch of a foreign bank; assessed related policies and procedures against regulatory requirements and guidance. 
  • Supported the build-out of the compliance-reporting and analytics function across the U.S. operations of a large bank; developed prototype reporting, data-transformation, and analytical solutions.
  • Provided project-management support for a large engagement team developing and implementing methodology for a Bank Secrecy Act/AML and sanctions risk assessment for the U.S. operations of a large foreign bank in response to regulatory action; assisted the bank in validating and closing related findings.
