Gregory Cooper


Gregory advises clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.


Prior to joining Promontory, he worked as an attorney on financial regulation, international arbitration, risk management, and other matters. Gregory was previously a visiting legal scholar at the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Financial Regulatory Reform Initiative. As an intern at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., he worked on matters relating to resolving financial institutions, anti-money-laundering initiatives, and corporate risk management. Prior to law school, Gregory received a Fulbright scholarship to study at the Basel Institute on Governance’s International Centre for Asset Recovery.
