Tim assists clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic-advisory matters.

Experience

Previously, Tim served as the principal assistant to the chief executive officer of Carver Federal Savings Bank, a publicly traded community-development bank, where he led the strategic- and business-planning processes, developed new board reporting on financial performance, and accelerated the execution of business priorities across the bank. Before joining Carver, Tim worked with Promontory for nearly five years, most recently as a principal in the securities practice group. During law school, he worked for the majority staff of the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services, where he supported development of several titles of the Dodd-Frank Act.
