Members from Promontory’s consumer protection practice partnered with the Consumer Bankers Association to host a webinar on how to best manage customer-complaint programs. Linda Gallagher, managing director and global head of the consumer protection practice, led the session, with contributions directors Eric Ferri and Matt Ondus.

The session covered a wide range of topics, from escalating complaints by risk level to establishing remediation standards.
