Ms. Fuhrer is an expert in risk evaluation, strategic technology advisory, and IT strategy management consulting for financial services firms. She specializes in analyzing and recommending technology solutions for clients in areas of business risk and compliance.

At Promontory, Ms. Fuhrer has advised numerous financial services firms including investment banks, global banks, insurance firms, and international exchanges on issues related to technology governance and controls, information security and protection, and document management and retention. Additionally, she reviews trading systems, alerts and limits, and has managed the development of Promontory’s transaction monitoring system.

Ms. Fuhrer holds a B.S. in mathematics and M.S. in computer science from Brooklyn College.
