Mr. O’Connor assists international banking institutions with risk management, corporate governance, and BSA/AML compliance reviews. Before joining Promontory, Mr. O’Connor wrote for a local newspaper.

Mr. O’Connor holds an AB in History from Princeton University, where he was an undergraduate fellow of Forbes College.
